1. The tubing joints should avoid impacts and falls during handling and storage to avoid damage to the interface and internal parts.
2. Install the machine as concentric as possible to ensure the good operation of the rotary joint.
3. When installing the rotary joint of the thread connection, pay attention to whether the thread direction of the inner and outer tubes corresponds to the rotation direction of the drum, and the thread rotation direction of the inner and outer tubes should also be consistent.
4. The connection between the oil pipe joint and the pipeline must be connected by a hose (our company recommends the use of a metal hose with good interference), and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.
5. The inlet and outlet of the oil pipe joint should be directly connected with the hose as much as possible. To reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and extend the service life.
6. Assemble the inner tube, pay attention to the matching of size and auxiliary support of weight. It is recommended to use the H8 / e7 tolerance fit for the inner tube of the internal rotary joint.
7. The support and rotation stop of the tubing joint should be appropriate. Generally, the rod diameter should be 2mm smaller than the rotation stop hole to avoid affecting the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
